Home Loan Telecaller

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Home Loan Telecaller to join our team in Jayanagar. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or inbound sales.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about home loan products.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell home loan products to potential customers.
• Respond to inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or inbound sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of home loan products and services.
• Familiarity with sales software and technology.
