### Experience

**6 Months to 3 Years** in HFC / NBFC / BFSI / Home Loan / LAP Sales

### Qualification

**Graduate (Minimum)**

### CTC

**Up to 4.50 LPA** *8.50LPA* for relevant Maharashtra requirements. Higher packages may apply based on role, experience and location.

### Other Requirements

* Two-wheeler is mandatory.

* Local language preferred.

## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loan / Housing Finance products.

* Build relationships with customers, builders, DSAs and other business channels.

* Understand customer requirements, eligibility and documentation.

* Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

* Achieve assigned sales, login and disbursement targets.

* Conduct market visits and develop local business opportunities.

* Maintain customer relationships and ensure quality business.

## IDEAL CANDIDATE

Candidates with relevant experience in **Home Loans, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC or BFSI Sales** are preferred.

The candidate should have:

* Good communication skills

* Customer-handling skills

* Lead-generation skills

* Negotiation skills

* Target-oriented approach
