Home Loan Sales Executive (DSA)

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
• Generate and qualify leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Understand customers' property purchase and loan requirements.
• Explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and basic documentation.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into loan applications.
• Coordinate with customers and lending partners for loan processing.
• Assist customers with documentation and application submission.
• Follow up on cases from loan login to sanction and disbursement.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
• Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Build relationships with property buyers, builders, brokers, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, login, and disbursement targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months2 years of experience in Home Loan Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, BFSI, DSA, Real Estate Sales, or Financial Services.
• Experience in outbound calling and lead generation will be preferred.
• Candidates with Home Loan, Mortgage, LAP, or Real Estate Sales experience will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable making calls and working with sales targets.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
