Home Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for home loan products.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and manage the complete sales process.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for loan processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Conduct field visits and develop business through market activities, builders, DSAs, and referrals.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Banking/NBFC/Home Loan experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
