Home Loan Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through DSA, channels, builders etc
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
• End to End Sales to Disbursement of HL/LAP
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while handling loan applications.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in home finance, housing finance, or related fields such as loan against property, mortgage loans, or secured loan.
• Strong understanding of home loan products including housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), refinancing options etc. .
• Good connections amongst field of real estate, BFSI, Channels, CA etc required for sourcing of files.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers and colleagues alike.
