Home Loan Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify financial documents.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Develop relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and retention rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to loan processing, underwriting, and disbursement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loans, personal loans, and other types of lending products.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction during field work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
