Home Care Nurse

Position: Home Caregiver

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate care and assistance to elderly patients and individuals requiring home care.
• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care activities.
• Support patients with walking, mobility, repositioning, and daily activities.
• Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition as instructed by the family or healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with medication reminders as instructed.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness around the patients immediate care area.
• Monitor the patient’s general condition and report any changes to the family or supervisor.
• Support bedridden and post-hospitalization patients with their daily care needs.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and patient-care protocols.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in caregiving, patient care, elderly care, or home healthcare preferred.
• Candidates with GDA, ANM, GNM, Nursing Assistant, or relevant healthcare experience may be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and trustworthy attitude.
• Candidates willing to work in home-care settings are preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
