Home Care Nurse

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients at their homes as per clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain patient records.
• Administer medications, injections, and other prescribed treatments.
• Assist patients with daily healthcare needs and recovery plans.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and care procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements:

• GNM/B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
• Willingness to travel for home visits.
