Home Care Nurse

Role & responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at home as per the care plan.
• Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and changes in health status.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Provide care for patients requiring tracheostomy, catheterization, Ryles tube feeding, ventilator support, wound care, and other clinical procedures, as applicable.
• Maintain proper nursing documentation and patient records.
• Assist patients with daily activities, hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Coordinate with doctors, supervisors, and family members regarding the patient's condition.

Preferred candidate profile

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM as per role requirements.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Experience in hospital, ICU, critical care, or homecare preferred.
• Good clinical knowledge and communication skills.
