Job Title: Home Care Nurse

Location: Patients Home / Assigned Area in Coimbatore

Employment Type: FullTime

Shifts Type: Day or Night as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care as per care plan
• Monitor vital signs & patient condition
• Administer medications, injections, IVs, wound/catheter care
• Assist with daily living activities
• Maintain records & report health changes
• Educate patients/families on hygiene & treatment
• Ensure infection control & safety standards
• Offer emotional support & respond to emergencies

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors in Nursing with valid license
• Prior homecare/clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication & independent work skills
• Compassionate, flexible, and trustworthy
