Holography- Assistant Manager - Human Resources

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our team in the Holography department. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in Learning & Development, PMS, Payroll, TA, Employee Engagement, Competency Framework, Manpower Planning, and HR.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and implement effective Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.


• Develop and maintain Performance Management Systems (PMS) to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.


• Oversee Payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.


• Coordinate Talent Acquisition activities, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding new employees.


• Foster a positive work environment through Employee Engagement initiatives and activities.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Competency Frameworks aligned with business objectives.


• Handle Manpower Planning to meet current and future business needs.

Job Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.


• Proven experience in human resources, focusing on Learning & Development, PMS, Payroll, TA, Employee Engagement, Competency Framework, Manpower Planning, and HR.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
