Holistic Programmes Manager

We are looking for a Holistic Programmes Manager to join a growing HappinessCue team in Delhi.

• The role supports the platform's spiritual and holistic guidance services, helping clients discover relevant experts or sessions and coordinating the experience from enquiry through completion.
• The person will work with experts, clients and internal teams to keep information accurate and communication timely.
• An open-minded, respectful communication style and comfort with diverse client interests will be valuable.
• The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
• The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.
• HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

• Experience: 3-7 years.
