Holistic Expert Onboarding Executive

We are looking for a Holistic Expert Onboarding Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Remote / India. The role supports the platform's spiritual and holistic guidance services, helping clients discover relevant experts or sessions and coordinating the experience from enquiry through completion. The person will work with experts, clients and internal teams to keep information accurate and communication timely. An open-minded, respectful communication style and comfort with diverse client interests will be valuable. The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance. The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
