About the Function:

With a deep understanding of Indian consumers' travel preferences, the Holidays team offers a vast range of holiday packages for destinations worldwide. This business caters to various traveler segments across the globe. While dynamic or customized travel and tour packages allow consumers to create and design their own holidays, fixed departure holiday packages come with pre-designed itineraries.

About the Role:

As a MakeMyTrip Holiday Expert, you will be part of a vibrant community that empowers women to grow professionally while maintaining a work-life balance. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will engage with MakeMyTrip customers over the phone to understand their travel needs and assist them in planning and booking holiday packages. The role involves providing expert guidance, personalized recommendations, and end-to-end support to ensure a seamless and memorable travel experience. This opportunity allows you to leverage your passion for travel and customer service while earning competitive rewards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation from a reputed institute.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably in sales or travel industry.
• Fluency in Marathi, Gujarati, English and Hindi.
• Customer-centric approach with strong sales abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
