Holiday Cruise Sales Expert

We are hiring for India's largest & the most premium cruise line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Inbound/outbound calls to potential customers and provide detailed information on cabin categories, itineraries, pricing, and onboard experiences.
• Identify customer preferences and offer tailored cruise packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium cabins, suite experiences, and onboard services (dining, spa, entertainment).
• Follow up with potential leads to close sales and ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Handle high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with a professional and customer-first approach that aligns with luxury service standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and structured approach in all interactions.
• Adhere to high call quality standards, ensuring clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Track sales performance and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated on cruise schedules, promotions, and competitor trends.
