Role Description:
The Holiday Sales Advisor (Short Haul) role is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Short Haul Destinations(Bali, Singapore, Thailand, Maldives, Vietnam).
- Design a customized itinerary based on customers requirements
- Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
- Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
- Represent company values while speaking to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
