Job Purpose

Create a segmented plan for driving Liability budgets. Track and monitor segment-wise growth for liability across Classic Program portfolios.

Analyze portfolio to identify growth opportunities. Evaluate existing portfolio holders to enhance PPI.

Segmented Plan on Book

Develop segmented frameworks for driving CASA; Pockets of Growth / De-Growth; Evaluate portfolio performance and focus on growth areas; Enhancing the PPI; Create campaigns to improve portfolio performance; Values in Book; Design segmented campaigns with the Marketing team; Marketing Team and Drive Communication; Monitor segment performance and recommend improvements; Evaluate Course Correction on a Regular Basis; Collaborate with liability product and channel teams to optimize enablers; To Jointly Drive Enablers on Portfolio; Analyze enabler performance to improve channel adoption and business volumes; Drive Channel Adoption and Improve Business Volumes; Share portfolio insights and highlight best practices; To Follow; Work with Analytics to create propensity models and identify new databases for CASA growth.
