HNI Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of HNI sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the insurance industry.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new high net worth clients through broker channels.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 8-16 years of experience in BFSI sector, preferably in HNI sales or broking roles.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and services offered by various companies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an agency channel environment.
