HNI Desk Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional from leading broking companies to head our HNI Desk and drive growth within our premium client segment.

Location: Mumbai | Pune | Nagpur

Experience: 10 15 years in HNI / UHNI acquisition.

1. Client Acquisition & Market Expansion

• Lead acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients through networks, referrals, and market connect
• Build strong presence within the affluent client ecosystem (entrepreneurs, promoters, professionals)

2. Revenue Ownership & Business Growth

• Own broking revenue delivery across equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency segments.
• Drive growth in MTF book, client wallet share, and trading activity.

3. Team Leadership & Performance

• Build and lead a team of HNI Relationship Managers and Advisors
• Drive a performance-led, ownership-driven culture.

4. Client Relationships & Advisory

• Build and nurture relationships with top HNI/UHNI clients.
• Deliver tailored investment strategies and market insights.

5. Advisory Excellence & Research Integration

• Drive a research-led advisory approach across the team
• Leverage fundamental and technical insights for high-conviction ideas.

6. Cross-Sell & Wealth Integration

• Drive adoption of wealth products (MFs, PMS/AIF, structured products, insurance)
• Improve client wallet share and product penetration.

7. Market Presence & Thought Leadership

• Represent the organization in client forums and market interactions
• Build strong external credibility and brand presence in the HNI segment
