HMIS Manager - Odisa

• Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in selection, design-elicitation, implementation, support, and organizing training for HMIS.
• Drive adoption of HMIS/EMR/EHR in the state.
• Vendor Contract management.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in handling IT systems.
• Preferably 2+ years of post-qualification experience in government project(s).
• Experience in Healthcare IT Solutions, Telemedicine, Health Information Systems, and Digital Transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of ABDM/NDHM ecosystem, ABHA integration, HMIS/eHospital/EHR platforms
• Strong stakeholder management, training, communication, and project management capabilities
• Experience working with Government Health Programs (preferred)

Qualification:

• BE/B-Tech/MCA with an MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management with desired work experience
  OR
• Master of Public Health with desired working experience.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite.
