Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Communication: Good Spoken English Required
Work Mode: Work From Office
Cab Facility: Two-Way Cab Available

Salary

• Freshers: 23,000 per month
• Experienced: 34,000 39,000 per month
• Salary based on experience, communication skills and interview performance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice/inbound calls.
• Assist customers with service-related and product-related queries.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and customer service procedures.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
• Meet process-related quality, customer satisfaction and productivity standards.

Candidate Requirements

• 12th Pass / Any Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
• Customer-focused attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
