Qualification Criteria

• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.

Experience Required

• Freshers may apply for eligible openings.
• Experienced candidates must have relevant International Voice Process experience.
• Prior experience in customer support or international BPO will be an advantage.
