Role: Wealth Manager

Location: Punjabi Bagh, Vasant Kunj, Noida sec 18, Nehru Place & Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients through daily sales calls, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to recommend suitable wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and regular portfolio reviews.
• Offer investment advisory across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income Products, PMS, and other wealth products.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to ensure higher engagement and conversion.
• Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and Assets Under Advisory(AUA) by onboarding new clients and deepening existing relationships.
• Monitor market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to provide timely guidance to clients.
• Cross-sell and upsell financial products based on client requirements and portfolio needs.
• Coordinate with internal product, research, and marketing teams to deliver the best solutions to clients.
• Ensure all client interactions, documentation, and transactions comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Participate in branch marketing activities, seminars, and client engagement programs to generate business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client meetings, investment recommendations, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Continuously update product knowledge and industry awareness through training programs and market research.
• Represent the organization professionally and act as a trusted financial advisor for clients.
