We are looking for experienced US Voice & Accent Trainers to support an exciting AI Speech Evaluation Project!

If you have a background in international voice processes (US Process), voice and accent training, or speech quality evaluation, wed love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI voice bot.
-Evaluate US accent, pronunciation, tone, fluency, clarity, pacing and naturalness.
-Assess overall conversational quality and provide structured, objective feedback.
-Follow project guidelines and meet productivity and turnaround targets.

What We’re Looking For:
-Native or near-native English proficiency with a strong command of the US accent.
-Prior experience in Voice & Accent Training, International Voice/BPO, Voice QA or Speech Evaluation.
-Strong listening skills and attention to subtle differences in pronunciation and speech patterns.
-Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
-Experience in linguistics, transcription or AI speech projects is an added advantage.
