About us

Malviy Group is a back-office partner for US property preservation contractors. For 7 years we have handled work order processing, bidding, invoicing and crew follow-ups across 20+ national portals, with 150,000+ orders processed since 2020.

What you will do

• Process property preservation work orders from field photos and crew notes, start to finish
• Prepare and submit bids (damages, repairs, debris, winterization, securing) with accurate quantities, measurements and photo support
• Price bids using client pricing, national allowables and Bluebook/estimating guides
• Tag, label and organise before/during/after photos to client and national requirements
• Update orders on portals such as Safeguard, MCS, Cyprexx, Five Brothers, Altisource,ServiceLink, Guardian Asset and NFR
• Work with apps like Pruvan and PPW to pull crew data and photos
• Respond to rejections, kickbacks and client questions quickly and correctly
• Follow up with field crews for missing photos or information

Who we are looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on US property preservation work order processing no freshers
• Strong knowledge of bidding and Bluebook pricing
• Working knowledge of HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
• Good written English for client and crew communication
• Your own laptop/PC, stable broadband and power backup
• Must currently live in Nagpur
• Able to work night shift consistently
