• Provide timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.
• Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting process requirements.

• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Shift Duration: 9 Hours

• Good English communication skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Typing speed: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
