Role Overview:-

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete territory, including store of Gritzo kids supplement

operations, sales performance, team management, and territory expansion. The role focuses on

achieving sales and budget targets while ensuring operational excellence across all stores in the

territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for territory operations and performance

• Lead, guide, and motivate Store Managers and store teams

• Achieve territory sales targets and manage budgets effectively

• Drive expansion and growth within the assigned territory

• Ensure strong inventory management and stock control

• Analyze sales reports, MIS, and performance metrics

• Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth functioning

• Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
