We are hiring for a leading banking process for the role of Tele-Sales Executive (Banking Process). The role involves handling customer queries and providing resolution while identifying opportunities for upselling banking products/services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries
Provide accurate information & resolution to customers
Maintain high customer satisfaction & service quality
Identify opportunities for upselling / cross-selling
Maintain proper call records in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation mandatory in Non-Technical streams only (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc Non-IT)
B.Tech / BE / MCA / BCA (IT) candidates are NOT eligible
Freshers & experienced both can apply
Good communication skills (English + Hindi) required

Job Details

Shift: Day / Rotational
Salary: 17,500-20,000 + Incentives
Process: Inbound Voice (Banking)
