Join our growing engineering team as a Technical Lead / Senior Developer with strong leadership capabilities. We are looking for a hands-on technology professional with expertise in Python, FastAPI, AI/GenAI solutions, and cloud-based application development. The role combines technical ownership with people leadership, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy coding while mentoring and managing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 engineers while driving technical excellence.
- Own the design and development of scalable applications built on Python/FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL, and AI/GenAI frameworks.
- Contribute hands-on to development (~60% coding, 40% leadership).
- Drive architecture discussions, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Requirements
- 6-10 years of software development experience.

- Certification such as AWS Associate or PCAP Python Certification is an added advantage.
