Role: Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of application development and delivery.
• Analyze requirements and prepare technical designs and architecture.
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, business teams, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Support deployments, releases, and production activities.

Required Technical Skills

• Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Microservices architecture
• Hibernate/JPA
• MySQL / SQL
• MongoDB – good to have
• Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
• AWS / cloud technologies
