Role: Team Leader - Field Marketing
Team Size: 3

Location: Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Trichy

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 3 field marketing executives.
  
• Achieve individual (self) sales/marketing targets along with team targets.
  
• Plan daily field activities, route mapping, and market coverage.
  
• Ensure team productivity, discipline, and on-ground execution.
  
• Generate leads, onboard customers, and drive business growth.
  
• Monitor daily performance and share reports with the manager.
  
• Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closures when required.
  
• Support team members through coaching and problem-solving on the field.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
