Position Overview

Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Admissions / Inside Sales to lead a team of 20–60 Admission Counsellors and drive admissions, revenue generation, lead conversion, and overall team performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive experience in admissions/inside sales, and a proven track record of managing large teams and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 20–60 Admission Counsellors.
• Drive daily, weekly, monthly, and session-wise admission and revenue targets.
• Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, conversions, and counselling activities through CRM.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM and LMS platforms.
• Track team productivity, attendance, floor discipline, and operational performance.
• Monitor conversion ratios and identify opportunities for improving team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, feedback, and team development.
• Manage attrition, shrinkage, manpower planning, and team productivity.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving admissions and revenue performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5–8 years of overall experience in Admissions, Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, EdTech, or a related domain.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Team Leader / Team Management role.
• Experience managing a team of 20–60 members will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of admissions counselling, inside sales, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/LMS and sales tracking systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to manage performance-driven teams.
• Candidates from Education, EdTech, University, or Admission Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Up to 40,000 per Month
