We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Medical Coding to join our healthcare team.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8 - 10 years in Medical Coding, with at least 12 years in a Supervisory role such as SME / Process Coach.

• Strong expertise in Multi-Specialty coding (more than 2 specialties)

• CPC / CCS / COC or equivalent medical coding certification preferred

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or a related discipline preferred.

• Experience in US Healthcare / RCM / Medical Coding BPO is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and US healthcare coding guidelines.

• Ability to drive quality, productivity, SLA/KPI adherence, and process improvements.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
