Hiring Store Manager Dark Store @ Chandigarh Tricity

Reliance Retail Limited -JioMart Quick Commerce is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead operations at a JioMart Dark Store in Chandigarh Tricity.

The ideal candidate should have strong people leadership, retail/store operations and quick-commerce/dark-store experience, with the ability to manage high-volume operations and deliver business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Dark Store Operations
• Manage Store Associates, Team Leaders and support teams
• Drive Order Fulfilment, Picking, Packing and Dispatch
• Ensure defined TAT, SLA, Productivity and Accuracy
• Manage inventory availability, stock accuracy and shrinkage control
• Plan manpower deployment and shift operations
• Monitor store KPIs, productivity and operational performance
• Drive process adherence, safety, compliance and customer experience
• Coach, engage and develop the store team
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth operations
• Ensure a high-performance and customer-first culture

Candidate Profile

Must Have:

• Graduate in Any Stream Mandatory
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience as Store Manager / Team Leader / Store Team Leader / Assistant Store Manager
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Excellent understanding of Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Order Fulfilment, Picking & Packing
• Good understanding of TAT, SLA, Productivity and Store KPIs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail/quick-commerce environment
• Quick Commerce / Dark Store experience will be highly preferred.
