Designation: Senior Relationship Officer (SRO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and generate gold loan business through field sales and marketing.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
• Promote gold loans and other financial products through cross-selling.
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure timely interest collection.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and improve business in the catchment area.

Designation: Gold Valuer (GV)

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately evaluate gold purity and assess gold ornaments.
• Handle gold loan disbursement, packet preparation, safekeeping, and release.
• Manage cash transactions, customer documentation, and branch registers.
• Assist customers with loan disbursement, interest payments, and loan closure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and gold loan procedures.

Designation: Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations and business growth.
• Handle gold valuation, loan disbursement, and customer service.
• Drive customer acquisition, field marketing, and cross-selling activities.
• Monitor interest collection, portfolio quality, and operational compliance.
• Ensure proper cash handling, documentation, and gold packet management.

Designation: Branch Manager (BM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations, business growth, and customer acquisition.
• Drive gold loan sales, field marketing, and cross-selling of financial products.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve business targets.
• Monitor portfolio quality, interest collection, and NPA control.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, cash management, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain customer service standards and branch infrastructure.
