Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through an international voice process
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting process standards
• Manage escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet defined quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with relevant customer support / international voice process experience
• Freshers & Women returning to work after a long gap may apply as well.
• 12th & Above may apply
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotational US shifts
• Immediate joiners preferre
