Preferred candidate profile :
- Experience leading teams of 8-20+ members.
- Hands-on architecture and design experience for enterprise-scale DXP solutions.
- Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud implementation, migration, and support engagements.
- Ability to drive RFP/RFI responses, solution estimation, and technical proposals.
- Strong client-facing communication and offshore/onshore coordination.
