Hiring Siemens PLC Engineer

Requirements :

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in process automation projects (Mainly Dairy products)
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming using TIA Portal, and SIMATIC Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens SCADA WinCC
• Good understanding of process control concepts and industrial automation systems.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, and commissioning is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Intouch SCADA is added advantage
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, ASI).
• Willingness to travel for site commissioning and project support.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and test PLC programs using Siemens PLC platforms (S7-1200/1500/300/400) using TIA Portal.
• Understand process requirements, P&IDs, and control philosophies to implement automation logic.
• Configure and integrate field instruments, MCCs, VFDs, and third-party systems.
• Execute and support FAT, SAT, and site commissioning, including troubleshooting and startup.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams during project execution.
• Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, backups, and as-built deliverables.
