Hiring Senior Executive - Human Resources - Recruitment (Bulk hiring)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and lateral hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring and trainee recruitment to meet business requirements within timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers to close positions.
• Manage offer negotiations, joining follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR is an added advantage.
• 26 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Industry Preference: E-publishing, BPO/KPO or other service-oriented industries.
