Hiring- Scanning Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scanning Operator to handle document scanning, digitization, image quality checks, and electronic document management. The candidate should be comfortable operating high-speed scanners and ensuring that scanned documents are clear, accurate, properly indexed, and stored systematically.Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed document scanners and multifunction scanning equipment.
• Scan physical documents, drawings, records, and files into digital formats such as PDF, TIFF, and JPEG.
• Check scanned documents for clarity, completeness, orientation, and image quality.
• Perform document preparation, including sorting, removing staples, arranging pages, and batch processing.
• Organize, rename, index, and upload scanned files into the designated folders or document management systems.
• Identify missing pages, duplicate documents, and scanning errors, and rescan when required
