Hiring - Sales Manager - Prime LAP (DSA Channel) - Individual role

Position: Sales Manager Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)
Product: Prime LAP
Channel: DSA (Direct Selling Agent)
Location: Ahmedabad, Hyderabad & Chennai.
CTC: Up to 15 LPA
Ticket Size: 50 Lakhs to 10 Crores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, develop, and manage a strong network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, and channel partners.
• Generate Prime LAP business through the DSA channel and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Source high-value Loan Against Property proposals with ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 10 Crores.
• Develop new business opportunities through market mapping, partner acquisition, and relationship management.
• Build strong relationships with existing DSAs to improve business volumes and repeat sourcing.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Follow up on login, sanction, and disbursement to ensure timely business closures.
• Ensure quality sourcing in line with the company's credit policy and eligibility criteria.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Prime LAP sales through the DSA channel.
• Proven track record in DSA acquisition and channel partner management.
• Experience handling high-ticket secured loans and property-backed lending.
• Good knowledge of property evaluation, customer eligibility, credit processes, and loan documentation.
• Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates from banks, NBFCs, and housing finance companies with relevant Prime LAP DSA sales experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have a strong local DSA network and a proven business-generation track record.
• Experience in handling LAP tickets of 50 Lakhs and above is preferred.
