Requirements:
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in Industrial Automation.
- Strong experience in Industrial Automation products, PLC & SCADA.
- Proven experience in B2B Sales and OEM Sales.
- Experience in handling and leading sales teams.
- Strong understanding of P&L Management and business growth.
- Experience with Schneider products will be preferred.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
