Hiring Sales Intern -Unpaid - Sparity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research target markets, identify key decision-makers, maintain lead databases, and execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Client Engagement: Support senior sales teams in understanding client requirements, preparing tailored presentations/pitches, and joining client calls.
• Sales Operations & CRM: Draft business proposals, assist in pipeline management, and ensure detailed tracking of campaign metrics and client leads.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to optimize outreach strategies and market positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to align solution proposals with client specifications.
