We are hiring : SALES CORDINATOR (Business Support Assistant) for Sales & Marketing development team.

Role & responsibilities

Sales coordination will require engagement with different departments including Production, planning, supply chain, logistics, credit management etc. along with interactions with external stakeholders / clients too. Additionally, role has administrative duties involving basic paperwork, reports, follow-ups etc. with occasional requirement of market research etc.

Purpose: To provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Market Development team, enabling them to focus on strategic activities and key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle routine operational tasks and administrative duties
• Manage follow-up communications with customers and partners
• Maintain sales databases and documentation
• Prepare standard reports
• Working Capital management [Inventory / receivables] follow-up with plant / Planning / Customer
• Coordinate meetings and manage calendars
• Process routine paperwork and documentation
• Support the team with basic market research activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/bachelors degree in business or related field
• Able to handle operational load with speed for key business
• Good at online tools, basic SAP operation
• Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Previous administrative or support experience preferred
