About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth across the Western Region by developing new Banking accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth across Banking/BFSI accounts
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with Banks and key decision-makers
  • Sell technology products, solutions and services
  • Manage RFPs, tenders, negotiations, pricing and closures
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Maintain sales pipeline, CRM and accurate revenue forecasts
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful execution

What Were Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in Banking/BFSI sales
  • Proven experience selling technology products/solutions to Banks
  • Strong exposure to Western Region markets, particularly Maharashtra
  • Excellent business development and new-account acquisition skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience handling RFP/tender processes
  • Exposure to ATM, Kiosk, Self-Service Solutions or Banking Software is preferred
  • Willingness to travel across the Western Region
