RPA

• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere OR Blue Prism.
• Experience in end-to-end bot development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture and automation lifecycle.
• Experience with exception handling, debugging, logging, and bot monitoring.
• Experience automating Web, Desktop, Excel, Email, and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.

Prompt Engineering / GenAI

• Hands-on knowledge or project exposure to Prompt Engineering.
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to create and optimize prompts for different business use cases.
• Knowledge of prompt techniques such as zero-shot, few-shot, role-based, contextual, and structured prompting.
• Exposure to integrating LLMs / GenAI APIs with automation workflows.
• Understanding of AI response validation, hallucination management, and prompt optimization.
