Hiring Retail Design Visual Merchandising Manager LOWER PAREL

We are is looking for a Retail Design Visual Merchandising Manager to define and create the countrys retail design & merchandising strategy in order to implement the brand image and identity at our retail counters or our boutiques. You should have a minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in retail design, creative visual merchandising for premium brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Design – Adapting brand designs for different retail formats – SIS, Gondola, Wall-bays, free standing Stores
• Identifying appropriate vendors, managing planning, co-ordination & delivery of new door expansion
• Co-ordinate design, sourcing and inventory management for permanent POS display and other merchandising materials
• Adapt brand spatial concept to local activation formats – Podiums, in-store activations, etc.
• Create & implement planogram for counters and other permanent merchandising display based on deep understanding of shopper, product launch plan, brand strategy and merchandising guidelines
• Budget Planning and adherence to company's internal purchasing process
• Support marketing team on execution of trade/retail/consumer engagement events
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of merchandising materials.
• Maintain key SOPs, merchandizing documents & TDs
• Track and resolve Counter Maintenance requests
• Coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of any kind of local specific materials
• Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
• Recruit, develop and manage his/her team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes
