Experience

1–4 years of experience in the Finance / Banking / Home Loan / Sales industry preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new Home Loan sales opportunities from the local market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, DSAs and other potential business sources.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Home Loan products.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for loan processing, documentation and approval.
• Follow up with customers throughout the loan process and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Explore new markets and potential customer segments for lead generation.
• Maintain regular follow-up and build long-term customer relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Presentable with a decent and professional personality.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities from the local market.
• Basic knowledge of Home Loan products and loan processing.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand new products and processes.
• Knowledge of the local language is essential; English communication will be an added advantage.
• Customer-focused approach with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Good knowledge of local customers, markets and target businesses.
• Sales experience in Finance / Banking / Home Loan industry will be an added advantage.
• Graduate preferred.
• 2-wheeler preferred.
