Position Overview

Sammaan Capital is looking for experienced and result-oriented Relationship Managers and Sales Managers for its Open Market(DST Team)Mortgage Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate mortgage business through the open market channel.
- Identify and develop relationships with customers, DSAs, BA, connectors, builders, and other channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- For Sales Manager and Relationship Managers positions, lead and manage a team of FOS.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and business achievement.
- Develop new market opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain strong customer and channel-partner relationships.

Who We're Looking For :

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Required 4-8 Years of Experience
- Prior experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking sales will be preferred.
- For Sales Manager and Relationship Manager : Prior team-handling experience is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market in Vapi / Surat.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professionals.
