Responsibilities Regional Sales Manager (South)

• Lead and drive sales operations for General Trade channels across the entire South region, ensuring achievement of revenue and growth targets.
  
• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentoring to regional and area sales teams to enhance performance and capability.
  
• Develop, execute, and monitor region-wise sales strategies and annual operating plans to maximize market penetration and revenue.
  
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and strengthen regional presence.
  
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of regional sales initiatives and promotional execution.
  
• Track, review, and report regional sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts, providing data-driven insights and corrective action plans to management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 +years of experience in sales General Trade & Modern Trade, preferably in the PHARMA Proven track record of team handling and achieving business growth targets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
